Family Funny

I was trying to explain to the kids what a placenta abruption is today. (When the placenta pulls away from the uterine wall before the baby is born.) So after I explain what it is and why it is bad - baby gets no air, no food, no water and so could die and mom could just bleed and bleed and bleed and so could die - Hannah says it's like a wall socket. "You pull the plug and the lights go out." Think about it. She's got a good grasp on what it means. It's just a weird way of putting it.
